Ordering a prescription refill online is simple. Don't worry—it only takes about 3 minutes. After completing this refill questionnaire, you do not need to book a consultation.

Please answer the questions to the best of your ability and be honest so we can refill your prescription immediately.

To complete the refill request, please attach a photo of your past but recent prescription or medication box (it must contain your full name, medication name, and dose). If you do not have this, please book a consultation to get your prescription.

After you complete this questionnaire with the required documents, you don't need to make an appointment or book a consultation.

 

If you submit your request between 9 AM and 7 PM, your refilled prescription should be on your profile within 1 hour.

IMPORTANT: We DO NOT refill ANY controlled medication.

 

Unfortunately, while we can refill a wide variety of prescriptions, there are a few things we can't refill (like controlled medications).

  • It's your responsibility to know if the medication is a controlled or otherwise disallowed substance. Controlled medication includes (but is not limited to):

  • ADHD medication, e.g. Ritalin
  • More potent painkillers, e.g. Tramadol
  • Sleep medication, e.g. Zopiclone
  • Anxiety medication, e.g. Benzodiazepines
  • Or any other controlled medication

Mobi Doctor will not give any REFUND if you still try to refill controlled medications or medication for medical weight loss (e.g. Ozempic/Wegovy/Mounjaro)
