In addition to treating diseases, dermatologists are interested in aesthetic and cosmetic concerns. They can also assist with problems with hair and nails. They help address and treat cosmetic problems while improving the health of these parts. Some common conditions dermatologists treat include acne, warts, psoriasis and skin cancer.
